Countryside Scents fundraising program is a great way to earn extra money for your school, church or organization. Please read below to see how our program works.
Samples: Pre-sale purchases may be made on any of the products offered for the purpose of customer evaluation. We do not provide free samples. These purchases are nonreturnable.
Order Summary: Fundraisers usually are conducted for two to four weeks. After the fundraising event has been completed, the sponsor will add up all the orders and forward a summary sheet (provided) to Countryside Scents.
Order Taking: Selling can begin at any time after signing our agreement. You will be responsible for collecting the money with the orders. Countryside Scents will not deliver your order until all orders are paid in full.
Delivery & Invoicing: Expect delivery in seven to ten working days after order placement. If you are within 50 miles of our company, we will consider delivering/pick-up options with you.
Terms: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover through PayPal and personal and company checks.
If you would like to do a fundraiser with Countryside Scents, please contact us at countrysidescents@comcast.net and we will send you our Fundraising Agreement. You will need to complete the information and return it to us. If your organization is in Pennsylvania and you do not have a sales tax id number, we will charge 6% sales tax to your order.
We will also do a personal label for your organization for a $10 fee. You will be asked to approve the proof prior to printing.
WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
Countryside Scents welcomes purchases from candle Wholesalers and Distributors. I will be happy to work with you at Wholesale prices. We do require that you have a valid resale number. Also, all wholesale orders require payment in full, prior to shipping.
Private labeling is prohibited, as is label tampering and trying to pass my product off as your own work. The minimum order requirement for all Wholesale Orders is $100.00.
If you are interested in receiving a sample of our products, you may order at wholesale prices, plus shipping. Sorry, I do not send samples free of charge.
